6 months 20 days gap

Post by khanshab » Tue May 05, 2015 9:18 pm

Hello to everyone,

I am new on this forum and i need little bit help to apply on 10 years ILR, I have been in UK since 2003 September and my all extension applications are on time but unfortunately my father had open heart surgery in 2007 May and my visa was expiring in the same month 31/05/2007 so i didn't apply for extension and left UK on urgent bases I left on 20/05/2007 to attend my father surgery on 23/05/2007 and i have got all medical documents as proof.
Then in the month of AUGUST 2007 I took new admission i have got college letter as well with date mention on it 26/08/2007 then i applied for student visa which i have received 07/12/2007 and my continuity was broke . i have got 6 months 20 days gap in one go ,

what are your suggestions for me? because i asked some solicitors n they said if you go on walking centre so you have good chance to get ILR.

i will highly appreciate your views, advice and suggestions.

You should try it but remember I will cost you £1900 . depends on what your current visa status , if you could qualify in another category such as Tier 1 General or Tier 2.
