Hi All,
I have to send my application Thursday morning as leave expiring. am confused on a few bits and wanted to check with members/ moderators before posting it.
1. My wife is applying at the same time with me for indefinite ( Do i need to fill just one form)
2. Home office Reference No ( Previous HO application references?)
3. Section 2.3- BRP ref no (is it the BRP unique number?if not then what is this?)
4. Section 5.3-Pay after deduction (mine is not fix because mileage varies and on company fuel card. should i mention recent net monthly pay?)
5. Section 6.1- First entry (Although i am in UK since 2008 but tier 1 general app approved in 2011 so is it the first successful tier 1 date?)
6. Section 6.4 {When did you last enter the UK?}and 6.5{Did you last enter the UK using a valid passport or travel document?} (do they apply as have never travelled after the first tier 1 g app)?
7. Section 6.11 Please give the dates of any absences spent outside of the Crown dependencies and the UK.(Again no travel since 2011 after tier 1 g app)
8.SECTION 7- IMMIGRATION HISTORY (had a parking fixed penalty for parking on zig zag and also my partner had default sum notice from credit card company-WOULD IT AFFECT OUR APPLICATION????)
9. Section 7.13 How long have you lived in the UK? ( I assume it is the time starting from when i first entered the UK and not just tier 1 stay).
10. Section 7.14 (Family ties- do i have to include all names e.g. mother, brother etc..?)
I hope you guys will understand the urgency and help me in filling the form with the right information. There is no better place than this forum so will anxiously be following this thread for answers.

[OR] One form only.
2. Home office Reference No ( Previous HO application references?)
[OR] Not required if you dont have it. Leave it blank.
3. Section 2.3- BRP ref no (is it the BRP unique number?if not then what is this?)
[OR] Yes this is the unique reference number.
4. Section 5.3-Pay after deduction (mine is not fix because mileage varies and on company fuel card. should i mention recent net monthly pay?)
[OR] Yes, your most recent monthly net pay shud be fine.
5. Section 6.1- First entry (Although i am in UK since 2008 but tier 1 general app approved in 2011 so is it the first successful tier 1 date?)
[OR] It will state some along the lines of first entry on which this application is made. So it should be the Tier 1 grated date if it was an in-country switch.
6. Section 6.4 {When did you last enter the UK?}and 6.5{Did you last enter the UK using a valid passport or travel document?} (do they apply as have never travelled after the first tier 1 g app)?
[OR]Yes it will same date as of your 1st entry to the UK if you have never left the country.
7. Section 6.11 Please give the dates of any absences spent outside of the Crown dependencies and the UK.(Again no travel
[OR] Not applicable. Leave it blank.
8.SECTION 7- IMMIGRATION HISTORY (had a parking fixed penalty for parking on zig zag and also my partner had default sum notice from credit card company-WOULD IT AFFECT OUR APPLICATION????)
[OR] Dont think so.
9. Section 7.13 How long have you lived in the UK? ( I assume it is the time starting from when i first entered the UK and not just tier 1 stay).
[OR] Total time from the time starting on your Tier 1
10. Section 7.14 (Family ties- do i have to include all names e.g. mother, brother etc..?)
[OR] You dont have to mention names.
I hope you guys will understand the urgency and help me in filling the form with the right information. There is no better place than this forum so will anxiously be following this thread for answers.

Thx.
Section 7.13 (so I have to ignore the time I was here since my first entry to UK and only mention the time after tier 1. Just to ease things a bit. I came to UK on student in 2007, got psw on 2008 and got my tier 1 g on 2011. SO AS PER YOUR ADVISE I AM HERE FROM 2011 AND NOT FROM 2007......CORRECT ME IF I M WRONG

Just re-reading section 7.13, it should be the whole time you have lived in the UK since 2007. The question doesn't mention anything along the lines of 'on the basis this application is made' such as section 6.1, so it is indeed the total time you have spent in the UK.
