Dependants of ILR

Hello All,
I have got my ILR after 5 years of Tier1 general visa.
For my dependents, they are not eligible for ILR now, so need to apply for their Extension.

So which Visa type should i apply for,
1. Remain to apply to UK with family
or
2. Tier 1 dependant

As the Visa fee is different for these visa types...
Please advice...
