Annual Leave Purchase Scheme

Hi, my company has Annual Leave Purchase Scheme and i have purchased additional days through that. I have been out of the country during additional days as well.
They are definitely agreed leaves with employer but are these additional days counted as non paid leave for ILR?
And since i sacrifice pay or payback to company for these days, does it means that my pay is less than what it actually is ?

Short absences from the UK even if unpaid, should be fine as long as your employer agreed to them
