New Premium Service Booking

Hello,

Has anyone managed to book a premium service appointment in the past week?

My visa is due to expire on Jan 6th, 2019. I am eligible to apply for ILR then. I am trying to fill the application on gov.uk site(https://visas-immigration.service.gov.uk) but unable to book a premium service slot. The page displays this message for all centres - "We do not have any appointments in the next 45 business days at your selected location.".

Now I also know that UKVCAS is where the new appointment bookings are going to be. But then, I am unable to book the appointment there too.

Any relevant information would be helpful.
