Tier 1 Ent to ILR Query

Hello Gurus

Please I was wondering if someone could please go through these documents and let me know IF i am missing anything

Timeline
PSW -2013
Ent visa Granted -Oct 2013
Extension Approved Feb 2017
Extension expires Feb 2019

Supporting Doc for ILR
• Intl Passport
• Current Biometric Residence Permit
• Certificate of Incorporation from Companies House
• Printout from Companies House of the company's filing history page and of a Current Appointment Report
• Recent HM Revenue & Customs letter
• Recent CT600 signed (by me) produced by my accountants (submitted Nov 18)
• Passport page to prove employees are settled workers
• Real Time-Full Payment Submissions for both employees
o Dup pay slips to cover total period of employment created for each worker. I am using (March 2017 – March 2018)
o Letter from Accountant confirming hours worked
o Letter from our Bankers confirming company account had been open since 2013 and that I am the director of the company
o Recent invoices from bank showing bank charges)
o LIUK test
o Degree certificate for proof of English
o Signed Declaration

I am making this application by myself this time. Though I have submitted the previous 2 applications using a solicitor I only just discovered they MAY have made mistakes in previous applications as they did NOT state a visa refusal I had going back my school days in 2009 (for another country) due to insufficient ties. Should I point this out? OR do I just respond NO as the solicitors have done?

Recent HM Revenue & Customs letter ? This is a reminder letter from HMRC for us to file cooperation tax

Letter from Accountant confirming hours worked. Did you join a new business after ext? No it is the same business I had since 2012 and took on employees in 2015 till date.

Recent HM Revenue & Customs letter ? This is a reminder letter from HMRC for us to file cooperation tax CT603. Ok

Letter from Accountant confirming hours worked. Did you join a new business after ext? No it is the same business I had since 2012 and took on employees in 2015 till date. Not required. Accountant letter only required for applicants who joined or took over an existing business
