Set M ILR spouse visa online.. urgent response plz...

Hai all,

I have started filling my online Set M form for ILR spouse visa.Regarding knowledge of Language & life in the uk, there is no options for mentioning my academic qualifications taught in english. And it shows uk naric has to confirm my qualification was taught in English.it is bit confusing .... bcoz the guidance notes & koll appendix was mentioned about naric statement of comparability & academic qualification was taught in English are acceptable....For the previous application, I submitted NARIC statement of comparability, mater degrees certificate, transcript certificate & medium of instruction letter from college.Koll also mentioned if any of these documents were accepted by the Home office.then no need to submit additional documents to confirm it..so I don’t understand what should i do with this...plz help me regarding this online form...
