Just to ask what docs do I have to submit with my ILR application? also my Wife in on dependant visa do I have to Change her visa as soon as or I can apply before her current visa which will expire in 2020? Please need some guidance. Thanks

Many Thanks

You simply need all your passports, LIUK pass certificate and proof of English. I assume your wife is on PBS dependant visa, so she has to switch to FLR(M)

The suggestion is as soon as you get ILR. She will have valid leave however before travelling she certainly needs to have the correct visa
