ILR - tier 1 50K new rules

hello,

I'm due to apply for ILR in few days, I read there are new rules into play from 29th
Does it effect ILR application in any shape or from ?

If you apply before 6th April 2019 you can benefit from transitional arrangements note this. 29th March 2019, Tier 1 Entrepreneur route is closed and it is being replaced by Innovator Visa. This does not affect you.
