IHS for dependants - critical

Good evening members,

Last week, I'd submitted my ilr application (entrepreneur tier1) and going to submit today 2 dependent who are with me for 2.5 years and other for only a month!

My questions is, which option I need to choose in IHS section for them, as if I choose my current visa expiry date which is in 2 days time, it doesn't raise any IHS also which option is correct Tier 1 entrepreneur , 3 year or 2 years extension ?

Senior members / Guru's prompt attention would be appreciated

I am confused!

As when I go in section " You're joining or remaining with this person in the UK" the options I've got are initial 3 years or 2 years extension

Kindly advise
