ILR and leaving current employer

Hi all , I am bit confused . My current situation is I got my ILR and now I want to change my current employer can I do that . Can I apply for new jobs and change my employer anywhere in the uk .

I am bit tensed in case if I do this and give resignation to my employer he may cancel my ILR. Please forgive me if it’s stupid question but I am very much worried as I really want to leave this employer . I have few offers from other companies as well . Please advise can my current employer take any legal actions against me .

You can change job and ur ilr can't be curtailed unless u used deception in getting it.

You visa is no longer associated to your employer so you can change employer any time as long as you serve the notice period.
