PCN and Bus Lane Driving

Post by SNC114 » Wed Jul 03, 2019 8:01 am

Hi Gurus,

I shall shortly be applying for ILR on the basis of Tier 2.

Over the past 5 years, I have been given the following:

1) 2015: My 13 yr son had not put on the seat belt. I was first asked to pay a fine; this was then converted to an offer to undergo a seat belt safety course - Your Belt/Your Life scheme test, which I passed successfully.

2) 2016: One incident of driving inadvertently in a Bus lane. PCN given, which I paid promptly.

3) 2018: A couple of parking fines for parking in an Iceland car park, which previously had been free, but subsequently had ANPR installed, which I was not aware of.

A couple of questions with regards to the above:

a) Would the above have an adverse impact on my ILR application?

b) Do I need to mention them in my application?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.
