CCJ Decleration for ILR

hi am looking for advise for ilr application (tier2 general)

I should have ccj on my name long back.which i cant see any more on my credit file.
ccj was from 2010.

do i have to mention in my application even though its not visible on my credit file.ccj stays on file for only 6yrs.i did not pay it ,its been removed automatically from my file.
