ILR Question?

Post by shae_jo » Tue Oct 08, 2019 12:54 pm

Hi,

Can anyone help me to understand this question pls? I am applying for my ILR in 2 weeks time and on the 5 year spouse visa route. I have proven my English knowledge requirement as I did my degree in UK university.

Did you meet the knowledge of English requirement as part of an indefinite leave application made on or after 28 October 2013?
I'm answering NO for this question as this is my first time applying for ILR?

Thanks in advance!

Correct.
You have to meet the English Requirement and Life in UK both for this application.
