Tier-2 General to ILR application eligibility date where the continuous period is less than 5 years.

Post by ravi_shan1975 » Tue Oct 15, 2019 12:35 pm

Dear all,

I'm currently on Tier-2 General Visa. I want to know that whether i'll be eligible to apply ILR.

Here are my details that my tier-2 general visa stamping date is 15th November 2014 and I came to UK on 2nd Februray 2015. so I reached UK after 80 days of my visa stamping date. When i check for the eligibility criteria for ILR application, it was mentioned that I'm allowed to apply before 28 days of the end of the specified continuous period. So i would like to know that whether i would be eligibile to apply ILR after 18th of this October 2019 ? or Do i need to still wait until i complete the continuous period of whole 5 years of my presence in UK ?

I referred the following link actually : https://assets.publishing.service.gov.u ... 9.0ext.pdf

Could anyone clarify me for the above query please ?

Thanks in advance for all your clarifications.

Regards.
