Spouse visa ILR

Post by Coventry123 » Thu Nov 14, 2019 6:26 pm

Hi,

I will really appreciate if someone can give me some advice. I'm a British Citizen and 2 of my kids are also British. My wife will be completing her 5 years FLR (M) route in April 2021. I have maintained £18600 every year to ensure she receives her final FLR(M) extension which she did successfully. However I may be made redundant soon. I wanted to know do I need to show £18600 when she apply's for ILR? TIA

Yes. You need to show you made £18,600 within the last year from the date of her ILR. However if by that time, you have been with the same employer for 6 months, only 6 months evidence is required
