ILR visa application no option to choose priority service

Hi Everyone,
Trying to fill the application for SET(LR), but when i come to the payment page, there is no option for super priority, all its saying is choose a service with only standard service option is available, i dont want to go for standard service. Any help would be appreciated at what time the super priority slot will be open, and do i need to start filling the application in the midnight, anyone recently got the super priority option in their settlement application.
