ILR using my old B1 Test

Hi,
I am applying for my ILR this year, and on my previous VISA extension, just under 2.5yrs ago, I took a B1 test.

When I applied that previous time, I submitted my B1 test as proof of my english skills.

Now, my question is this, can I use this B1 test for my ILR, or will I need to resit another B1 test again?
