ILR Application for TIER-2 (G)

Post by nsm2010 » Tue Apr 07, 2020 7:40 pm

Hi All,
I have got so many fond memories of this website, when I have filed my HSMP visa in 2007 successfully through the help from this website.
I have entered UK in Dec 2007 on HSMP visa along with my family, however due to excessive absences from UK, I was not been able to file my ILR on time. My family is living here continuously from 2011 whereas I was on a international assignments most of the time, as a result, my absences from UK always hindered my ILR application. I have switched HSP to TIER-1 (G) in 2012. Since 23rd April 2015 I am living in the UK continuously with no more than 10 days out of the UK.
During 2017 I have switched my Tier-1 ( G) into Tier-2 (G). Now I am completing my 5 years (combination of TIER-1 (G) + TIER-2 (G)) in the UK and would like to file my application at earliest possible chance.
I am looking forward for following help from this forum;
1- Employer's letter ( including absences)
2- any other letter required from current employer under Tier-2.
3- Do I need all 5 years P60s or Pay Slips? or just a record printout from HMRC would suffice?
4- Is there any requirement of funds availability?
5-I was out of UK for 15 days in 2016 (under TIer-1) and 15 days in 2018 (under tier-2). What sort of documentation required for both of these absences. Other absences were paid and within the UK.
6-I have booked life in the UK test, but getting re-scheduling notices all the time. Is there any way I can appear in the test quickly?
7- I have also booked my English test (Although I was exempted in my HSMP, TIER-1 an TIER 2 application since my degree was considered taught in English language. Do I need to appear for the English test?
8- Any bank statements / bank balance requirements?
9- Cohabitation documents for my wife.
10-Education certificates for my kids above 18 years of age.

I would appreciate if anyone of you guide me for the above mentioned points, or any thing else required, which I have missed above.

Regards,
NSM2010.
