ILR query

Hello, My partner has been in the UK for the last 10 years on various visa categories legally.

The visa categories include - Partner visa (currently on it - obtained on the basis on my ILR 5-year route). She was previously on Tier 2 and Student visa

I am not sure if she can apply on 10-year ILR route (long residence) - given that she has been on the partner route for 2 years.

OR - Does she need to wait for 5 years to complete on a partner visa prior to ILR application.

Also, if she can apply on 10-year route (long residence) - which application form does she need to use.

Could you kindly advise. Thanks

All legal residence can be combined for 10 years long residence. She should apply under SET(LR).
