ILR on LONG RESIDENCY with asylum

Hi everyone,
i am glad to be on this platform. I hope i will get help from you guys. let me tell you my immigration history and then i will ask you few question.
i came to UK 2010 on student visa and i renewed 2 visas and claim asylum on 2014. when i applied asylum i had visa till 2015(18 months get expired). my application was refused from HO and granted from first tire tribunal. now i am on refugee status and soon i will complete my lawfully 10 years in uk. i have following few question if anyone can help.
1: can i apply for ILR?
2: does seeking asylum time count in continuity?
3: if ILR application get refuse what will happen with refugee status?


any answer please.

You can apply. Refusal will have no effect on your current status
