Warning 8 years ago

Post by moon2020 » Tue Jun 16, 2020 2:38 pm

Hi there
I am new on this forum. One of my close friends recommended me this forum
I am filling a visa application form SET O. In CRIMINALITY SECTION It says
AT ANYTIME TIME do you ever had the following
A warning, caution, reprimand or other penalty
In 2013, I was travelling to UK from my home country, I had a warning at Birmingham Airport for bringing more dairy products than the recommended allowance.
In 2015, I had been granted LTR (NO ISSUES). Did not mention in visa application form at that time because application form didn't ask about WARNING
In 2019 granted extension (NO ISSUES). Did not mention in visa application form because application form didn't ask about WARNING
But this time while filling visa application form, it is specifically asking about WARNING.
Do I need to declare this incident.
Your response will be appreciated
Thanks

In this context warning means police caution which is a different thing. I suggest to declare it but it has no bearing on ILR
