We have just realised that both my full time employees are working @£12500/PA which comes to hourly rate of £8.012 but national minimum wage for 2019-2020 was £8.21.Am i still able to apply for ILR under the Tier 1 Entrepreneur route or I wont be able to claim the employment points ?
