Set (O) Tier 2 Route - BRP, Payslip and Submission date

Hi I have recently extended by Tier 2 (have not recieved BRP yet) and eligible for ILR (have completed 5 years of continuous residence early October 2020). Can you please help with the following?

- Can I submit online application before the Tier 2 extension BRP arrives? I have filled in the form that I can provide another BRP but thinking to uplaod the new BRP before the appoinment. I already have received email which mentions my date of remain until October 2021. In the meantime, my current BRP is also valid until mid-November 2020.

- My employer provides PDF of payslip. Would this be acceptable to submit?

I also intend to provide a cover letter with my application. I would apprecaite your help.

I suggest waiting until you get your BRP. Online evidence is accepted

Thank you Zimba. That' my gut feeling as well but application proceeded without current BRP details. I was hoping to book an appointment sooner and the BRP arrives in the meantime.

Thank you @AmazonianX. Until the BRP is issued, would Tier 2 extension be considered an active applicaiton? If its active, there can not be more than one active applicatons.

Wait to get your BRP. A granted application is not a pending/active
