Job Query for ILR

Thank you very much for providing useful information in this forum. I am asking this question on behalf of my tier 1 business partner.

Initial Tier 1 200k visa granted with team member= 22/01/2014 to 22/05/2017 from overseas
Arrived in UK = 01/05/2017
Extension applied = 19/05/2017
Extension Granted= 8 May, 2019
Team mate(me) varied his application to ILR = 4 April 2019 and granted ILR successfully 3/10/20:

So, my friend's ILR is due in May, 2021. Looking to get some information regarding job if apply ILR in December, 2020.

JOB 1:
started 01/09/19 to 29/2/20: Full time 6 months
started 01/07/20 to 31/10/20 Full time 4 months
total = 10 months

JOB 2:
01/05/19 to 30/11/19: Full time 7 months
01/09/20 to 31/10/20: Full time 2 months
total = 9 months

Part time jobs:
part time 1= 01/10/19 to 01/07/20 (24 hours/week)= 9 months
part time 2= 01/10/19 to 01/07/20 (16 hours/week)= 9 months

Query:
There are 2 months short to make job1 to 12 months.
There are also 3 months short to make job2 to 12 months.

If we combine part time jobs to make full time job we have 9 months. Can my friend use 2 months of additional part time jobs to fulfill the requirement of 1st full time job (12months) and also can he use 3 more months from part time jobs to fulfill the requirement of 2nd Full time job.

Can someone please confirm this is correct way to claim points in ILR application.

As of my understanding each job should have existed for at least 12 months each after extension. There is a corona concession but it is still unclear.
