Withdrawing Visa application

Hello,

I need advice about withdrawing visa application in UK. I am on FLR(O) private life route visa until 30 Jan 2021. And I am completing 10 years on 1 May 2021. Which means I can not apply ILR directly as I still got 2 more months after my current leave.

Here are my questions:
1). Can I withdraw my FLR(O) extension visa application after Jan 2021?
2). Will I get full refund of application fess + IHS?
3). Can I make ILR application straight after withdrawing FLR(O) application? Will I break my 10 years route here?

Any help much appreciated.
