ILR for my wife and stepchild

Hi all, sorry if this has been asked before.

My stepdaughter joined my wife and I in the uk 3 1/2 years ago where my wife had to prove sole responsibility.
We have applied for 1 FLR and also proven sole responsibility.
Do we have to provide the same document again for ILR as unfortunately it looks like we have lost it?

Your stepdaughter can only settle when you wife settles and she needs to prove sole responsibility
