I forgot to upload consent letter

Yesterday I had an appointment Uk visa in Victoria when I went there they did not ask me my consent letter just they took my fingerprints and travel documents and my appointment was 12 o’clock when I come back I realised that I forget to upload consent verification form for home office after 4 pm I upload the letter and call soprano steria they told me that they submitted the form already whatever I upload will not send to home office what shall I do I’m bit nervous could you please help me
