10 year route visa

Post by Sweetie2021 » Thu Jan 28, 2021 10:11 pm

I’ve been on the 10 year route since April 2013. I met my husband 4 years ago and he has indefinite leave to remain and our son has British Citizenship. I am due to extend my leave to remain in August 2021 for another 2.5 years before I’m able to apply for Indefinite leave to remain. My question is, Instead of extending my leave to remain for another 2.5 years in August 2021, will I be able to apply for Indefinite leave to remain through my husband or our son?

No. You will need to complete your own period of qualification.
