Applying for ILR (SET M)

Post by Dixuvasoya » Sun Feb 28, 2021 11:34 am

Hello,
I'm new to this board and need help me to guide me applying for ILR (5 years route).
I'm spouse of British citizen (Settled in UK) and have a kid 7 years old(Also British citizen).
I'm living with my husband since 2011 and applied ILR in 2019 which was unfortunately refused as I was short of 3 month completing 60 month eligibility (I thought 5 years start since I entered in UK)!
Now I'm applying planning to applying again in next month as I'm able to fulfil all the requirements(finger crossed).
[My question is can I used same ESOL B1 English certificate which i used in 2019? (issued in 2018)

Is it worth to applying for 5 years route or should I wait till June 2021 (completing 10 legally years in UK)?
Is super priority service available for my application and what is current availability?

I would appreciate if someone can help me to clear my doubt plz
Thanks
Dixu

ESOL certificates cannot be used unless it is LanguageCert International ESOL SELT (effective 3 April 2020)
If you completed the 60 months under the 5 year route then apply now. Super priority is not available for family routes
