ILR (LR) application and dependents query

Dear Team

I had completed 10years (Dec, 2020) in Tier 2 ICT and applied for ILR through Long Residence route and waiting for the decision. My current visa Tier 2 ICT is valid till July, 2022.
My kids and wife joined me late (1.5yrs – May, 2012) and have to wait another 1.5 years to be eligible (April, 2022) for ILR through long residence route.
I am continuing with my employer who sponsored my Tier 2 ICT Visa which is valid till July, 2022.

1) In this scenario, can they continue to stay as Tier2 ICT dependents which is valid till July, 2022 or they have to move as my ILR dependents / FLR (M) once my application (ILR) is successful?

2) In scenario if I quit my current employer what will happen to Tier 2 ICT dependent visa , will that be void? should I apply for their dependent visa (FLR (M)) before I quit?

They are expected to switch to the family route. Otherwise while their visas remain valid, they risk having their visas curtailed or denied entry if they travel. A valid dependant visa does not become void if you quit but UKVI can curtail a visa if they deem necessary
