Apologies if I do this wrong or in the wrong section.It's the 1st time I'm posting on any forum.
I have a query regarding ILR time to apply..
I came to the U.K. on 27 April 2016 on a spouse visa - 5 year route. I will be completing 5 years in April 2021.
Now my BRP is valid till start of July 2021.
My question is when do I apply for my ILR. Is it April 2021, 28 prior to completing the 5 years or July before expiry of my BRP !?
I would really appreciate any clarification on this.
