Annual leaves spent IN THE UK, should they be included?

Post by Darksai14 » Sat Mar 27, 2021 7:16 pm

Good day,

Can anyone give clarity regarding the letter of absences that my previous employer has to issue:

Should the letter be focused only on the annual leave dates that I spent OUTSIDE the UK?
Having spent most of my annual leaves IN THE UK, I am wondering if these dates should still be included.

also, in the circumstance that the HR refuses to issue such letter, would a signed letter from my previous manager (who has the access and authority to check and verify my rotas) be enough?

I hope you guys can respond.

All absences from work should be included in the letter. Only absences from the UK should be declared on the form
