when to apply for ILR

Post by Vnct28 » Fri Apr 02, 2021 3:28 pm

Hi I'm trying to figure out when I can apply for ILR

Here are the dates for the first and second set of spouse visa:

1st spouse visa:
Issue date : 10/06/2016(I was already in the country when this was issued on a different visa that can't be counted)
Expiry date: 07/01/2019

2nd spouse visa:
Issue date: 14/01/2019
Expiry date: 01/08/2021

I plan to be using the express service, not sure if that needs to be factored in to when I can apply.

Earliest apply online from: 10/6/2021 minus 28 days.

Latest: Before current visa expiry date.

Best to book biometrics on after 10/6/2021 (not necessary but advisory).

These days biometrics run at a 28 day lag after submission anyways.

If you pay for the super priority service does that include the biometric appointment? If not can you get your biometrics appointment done before applying?

Thanks

No it does not.

No you cannot. You can only book the appointment after you have applied online.
