English Requirement for ILR

Hi,
Need your help with clarification.

I am currently on Tier 2 General (Leave to Remain) permit in UK. I am planning to apply Indefinite leave to Remain next month once I have completed 5 years.

At the time of my application for work permit (5 years ago) which I applied outside of UK, I did IELTS at C1 level and subsequently was issued a UK work permit ( leave to Enter).

So do I need to do pass IELTS again as my earlier IELTS has expired after 2 years or can it still be used?

Will IELTS B1 test be enough if I appear again or I have to do higher level test?

Old IELTS tests used before are acceptable if the test centre is still on the approved list
