Queries on Set(O) Form for PBS dependant

Post by prathap_u » Thu May 20, 2021 12:51 pm

Hi,

I am going to apply ILR - Set(O) for my wife who is PBS dependant. Need help while filling form. Please help if any one has an idea 💡.

Under the section - The person you are joining or accompanying

1) which visa Mr XYZ applying for or been granted.
I selected as Tier 2 General Visa which applies for my case.
Hope this is correct even I hold UK citizen now. Please correct me.

2) Do you have one of these reference number for Mr XYZ? Only three options given to select
VAF number ? Or GWF number? or No .
I understand VAF number is on entry visa sticker.
If I enter VAF number then it's asking CoS number
Is that OK if I give first CoS number when entered UK. Or shall I keep No that I don't have a reference number for Mr XYZ. Please advice.
NOTE. I hold UK citizenship now.

Thank you for your time.

Regards
Prathap

1. Yes
2. Don't you have Tier 2 extension approval letter on which reference number is there?

As long as vaf and CoS are of the same application you can give as it will all match in their records.

Yeah, you can say No in case you don't have those reference numbers.
My advice is based on personal research/experience, so pls check relevant UKVI sources.
