ILR Spouse visa 5 year route

Hi,

When filling out the form there is a question "Are you currently married or in a civil partnership with another person?".

I assumed that since in the previous section, I filled in about my current partner, this question is asking if I have a different partner. The answer to which I wrote no. Is this correct?
