TIER-1 General PBS dependent applying for ILR

Hi Friends,
Hope you all are doing fine.

Can anyone please put some light on my current situation.

Here is my story,
I have got my ILR in Feb 2016 thru Tier-1 general route and had two kids who got their British citizenship.
Coming to my wife - she came to UK in Aug 2014 on a 2 years Tier-1 general dependent visa which then got extended in Feb 2016 till Feb 2019. However, she was still short of 5 months to full fill 5 year period so we went for another extension in Feb 2019 and got till Feb 2022 . By the time we hit the 5 year period, we became pregnant and got busy in it and then covid and didn't think about applying ILR as we know we got time till Feb 2022.
Now, I am in the process of making her ILR application using super priority service and was going thru the forum to make sure I am not missing any documents and found a thread where it was saying some rules got changed for PBS dependent applying for ILR. I am really confused.

Can some one please clarify, if I am still ok to apply my wife's ILR application thru tier-1 General PBS dependent route?

Am in the same situation. Cant find any link in the ukvi site.
What I done was completed my set(o) form with tier 1 or global talent dependent category.
How you filled your set (o) form, because there is no tier 1 general dependent category to choose in the form.

Surprisingly, I found few more threads ( some in Jan 21 , some in Feb. 21, Mar 21 etc. )of similar situation where they were applying/applied for ILR for PBS dependent and no one mentioned anything like this to them and I am hoping they all received their ILR's.

And like you said Anu, when you start filling the online form, you are selecting the option PBS tier -1 dependent option. So, i am not getting what exactly changed.

The advice I gave in the other post stands. Tier 1 General route was closed NOT the PBS/dependant route The rules covering these routes have been largely SEPARATE
