Tier 1 Establishing Companies

Hi,

I am on Tier 1 Ent and I am preparing the applicatio for SET(O).

I have a question related to the Tier 1 Entrepreneur conditions.

I established a company on my arrival and have used this company to meet the requirements of this category.7

However, I recently established a new company but I am not going to use it in the application and it has not created the required job.

So, was it somethign wrong to establish new comapnies? I checked the conditons of the grant and it was not clear to me.

Also, do I need to provide the details and evidence for all companies I have established in the UK or only for those that I am using to claim points?

No to both. You have not done anything wrong and you only need to provide details that you are using for the points.
