Driving without insurance is a non-recordable offence

sorry mr zimba to bother you again my offence in not driving without insurance it was keep a vehicle doesn’t me insurance recruitment and this matter went to court and court sent me sjpn on june 2020 i’m going to apply for ilr on april 2022 can i apply now or do i have to 24 month from court convention date
i got one more offence which is faild to comply with traffic light i had to take road safety course for this plus i got two ccj which was registered on 2018 and got few parking fine and bus lane fine could you plase advise me is my ilr will be rejected as i got so many offence please advise me i’m very stressed thanks
