Applying for ILR in Oct 2023

Hi,

I would be applying for ILR in October 2023, just want to know if my application might get affected if my husband and I live separately in the UK for work purposes? I have got a job in a city which is around 6 hrs train journey one way, I can't commute so likely to rent a place there. My husband can't relocate so I am not sure how should I go ahead with this? We will maintain contact and visit each other whenever possible ...
