Custody Papers for ILR SET M

Hi All,

I am due for appointment on Saturday for ILR Set M application . Just had two questions appreciate if someone can answer me

1- Kids Custody Papers - Both Myself (Applicant on 5 years ) and My wife (BC) have kids from previous dissolved marriage . I know we have submitted Custody papers in FLR M time but do I need to submit it again for both me and my wife and there is nothing stated in Check list provided when paid for ILR Application

2- Consent for Home office to verify application information - This form I didn't receive when i made the payment. The only form was family declaration to be signed by my wife . Is this form still needed

1. Note that ONLY non-British dependant children must be included in SET(M) form Include the papers as there is no harm
2. The consent/checks form is a form with 3 parts. The applicant signs the first part, the spouse signs the second part. Part 3 should often be ignored

Apologies I forgot to mention that my kids are living in different country not in UK but as you said no hard in adding Custody letter.

Also What I cant understand is the "Consent for Home office to verify application information " Form why this was not in the checklist or even said in the SET M ILR application I have completed . Is it because I have taken super priority service though technically my appointment is on Saturday but think the decision I may receive on Monday or Tuesday .

If kids are not part of the application then there is no need for any evidence. The checklist is NOT comprehensive. As I said the consent/verification form is one form in 3 parts
