Hi, if somebody in process to apply for ILR with dependent over 18 can you please share what questions in the application form for dependents? does it ask to show their bank statements or earning wage?
I will have to apply in two years and my son just got a good job contract for two years with good salary.
How will this affect his ILR application? On the gov.com the definition not leading independent life says that dependents can't work full time unless they are 18 yo and over and must wholly or partially depends on their parents. Does it means that if they over 18 they CAN work full time ?
