ILR 5Yr Route- Tier2 Gen Dependent- Document required for child application

Hi Team,

We are planning to apply ILR for our son under Tier 2 General 5 Year route.

Me (his father) got ILR under T2 Gen 5 Yr main PBS applicant route and my wife got ILR under T2 Gen 5yr PBS Dependent route.
Now my son has completed continuous 5 year under T2 Gen PBS dependent, currently it is 5 years 6 months now. and he has T2 Gen visa extended till Feb-2024.

We would like to know documents required for his ILR application. currently I have planned to provide below documents along with his ILR Set(O) application.
#1. Current Passport
#2. Current BRP
#3. Old Passport
#4. Old/previous BRP ( we have Scan copy to upload, original old BRP is returned after extension)
#5. Both Parents Passport
#6. Both Parents ILR BRPs
#7. Both Parents Bank Statements and Salary slips
#8. Utility, Council Tax bill which are in Both parents name
#9. Family consent, Part#1 signed by My Son and two copies of Part#2 and Part#3 (each copy is signed by each parent) - Since utility bills are in both parents name, so we are providing consent from both parent in part#2,#3.


Query:
1. Could you please advise, if we need to provide any other documents along with above doc list?

2. While filling his Set(O) application, It didn't ask for his absence details, So do we need to provide his absence details in a cover letter? His current visa is granted in Feb 2021.

3. Set (O) Application didn't ask for Mother's ILR details and It did ask for father's BRP and Sponsor license number details in the "The person you are joining or accompanying" section.
So in application, It is just asked for mother as below,
Parent Two's details
- What is this person's relationship to you? : Mother
- Name :
- Date of birth :
- Country of Nationality:
- Have they always had the same nationality? : Yes
So our application filling is all good?


Your suggestion/advise on these will be very helpful.

Please note that if your son is above 16 years of age, you should provide evidence he is not leading and independent life (evidence of cohabitation with his parents). If your son is above 18 years, he needs proof of English proficiency and life in the UK test.
Also, don't forget the police registration certificate for your son.
