ILR query

Hi All ,

I have a query on 10 years ILR route .I was living on Tier2 ICT dependent from May 2017 and it's going to expire in May 2022(5 years) .Me and my partner will leave the country in May2022 . I am planning to apply as student and come back on Tier4 visa in Sep 2022 intake .So i will have a break of almost 3 months with out any visa and i will be outside UK .Is this situation treated as continuous stay when i apply for ILR in 10 year route in May-2027?

As long as you leave the UK while still holding a valid visa, you can return within 180 days without any issues for getting ILR under the long residence
