ILR Application is pending can travel overseas

My Family ILR Application is process, it's almost 4 months now , There is no way to track application and contact numbers are also not working , Family has valid visa till 2023 , can i travel outside UK.
anyway to contact home office via email or ph will help me

No. Your application will be considered withdrawn automatically. ILR can take up to 6 months to be decided
