Early ILR

Post by Ousha123 » Sat Jun 11, 2022 3:03 am

Greetings;

I am on tier2 visa and will finish 3 years on August this year.I heard from few people that you can apply for ILR early if work for NHS which I do.

2 of these people actually got ILR in 3 years but that was long time ago.
My questions are
1) did you heard about such cases
2)if I go a head and apply and got rejected do my current leave which is until 2023 become invalid

Not reflected in SW 21.1.

Can the people who you heard this from give any link or references?
If they refuse, then they probably wouldn’t curtail your leave, unless you broke a condition of leave, etc.
