LR Application Date

Hi forum,

Apologies for asking a repetitive question that has probably already been asked a few times, but if I am eligible to apply for ILR based on 10-year residence (LR) on 18-Aug-22, does it it mean that I submit my application in 28 days prior to the start of eligibility (meaning that I can apply now)?
