Indefinite leave to remain.

Hi.

I am on 10 year partner route and my visa expires soon. when it does, I would have completed 9 years out of my 10 year route. the question is.. can I apply for indefinite leave to remain or would have to apply for another 30 months ?????

Since you're not yet eligible for ilr, you will have to apply for another leave to remain...
