ILR SET(M) - queries

Dear members,

I am applying for ILR via the SET (M). I have been invited to use the IDV app to upload my documents. I have two queries:

1. Do I need to upload the photos of my spouse(British National)? if yes, then will they need to be taken using the IDV app same as me? or will they need to be scanned? please note that I am supplying the scanned copy of the British Passport of my Spouse.

2. Do I need to provide the cover and passport page of my passport or the scanned copies of all my passports with every page even if they are empty?

I don't think you need a picture of your spouse as you are applying, not them.

You should provide a scan of all passport pages (for passports that cover the qualifying period), even the empty ones.
